Islamabad (Dec 11, 2019): The Islamabad High Court has approved the bail of former President Asif Ali Zardari. According to the details, Chief Justice Athar Manullah on hearing of Asif Ali Zardari's bail plea in which Bail was later sought for arrest. The court ordered Asif Ali Zardari to deposit Rs one crore in cash.
Islamabad High Court has granted Asif Ali Zardari's bail on medical grounds. The plea was made a party to the NAB and the federal government. It was held in the petition that former President Asif Ali Zardari was imprisoned for five months on charges of fraud. Nothing could be proved against Asif Ali Zardari. It was argued in the petition that Asif Ali Zardari was suffering from many ailments.
Medical examination is required within 24 hours. The lawyer requested that Asif Ali Zardari's bail be granted on account of serious illness. The court had also constituted a medical board. In the second petition, it was held that Faryal Talpur was the mother of a special child and that Faryal Talpur should be released on bail for the care of the girl.
