KARACHI (Updated: Feb 27, 2020): Masks disappeared from medical stores in Karachi after confirming the Karuna virus. According to a report, before the corona virus was confirmed, a mask box was selling for 300 to 400 rupees, now costing thousands. The higher the price, the higher the N95 mask, however, despite the price increase, the mask is not available in the market.
The government of Pakistan has allowed six companies to export mask china, which has sent more than 36 million masks to China so far.
However, masks disappeared from medical stores after the Corona virus was confirmed in the city of lights. It is clear that two cases of Corona virus were confirmed in Pakistan in one day. Acknowledging two cases of Corona virus in the country, both patients have been shifted to hospital where they are undergoing treatment, said Assistant Special For National Health doctor Zafar Mirza while posting on social networking site Twitter.

It should be noted that the first case of the Karuna virus has been revealed in Karachi. In this regard, the Sindh Health Department said that the patient was identified as 22-year-old Yahya Jaffrey, who was taken to a private hospital for treatment.
It was reported that Yahya Jaffrey had reached Pakistan by bus from Iran and there were family members who were also being inspected. In this regard, DG Health Sindh Dr Mubeen said that the patient was immediately shifted to the isolation ward.
