NASA and SpaceX launch historic space mission

For the first time in the United States, a man has been sent into space under a public-private partnership and two astronauts have left for the International Space Station on a rocket developed by the SpaceX Company.

NASA astronauts have embarked on a mission in a private spacecraft and SpaceX has become the first private company to send NASA astronauts into space.

Astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behanken will arrive at the space station at 3:30 pm on Sunday, according to Standard Time. This is the first time since 2011 that the United States has been able to send its astronauts to the ISS. ۔

SpaceX, in collaboration with NASA, has sent two NASA astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) and the project has been named SpaceX Demo-2.

The two astronauts left Florida's Kennedy Space Center after 12pm Pakistan Standard Time last night and will arrive at the space station around 3pm today.

Doug Hurley and Bob Behanken are highly experienced NASA astronauts who have traveled to space twice before. He was selected for the mission in 2000.

The two astronauts will stay on the ISS for three months, during which time project managers will observe the spacecraft's performance.

The equipment (hardware) for the project has been developed by SpaceX, but funding has been provided by NASA under its Commercial Crew Program (CCP). NASA also plans to return to the moon in 2024 on low-cost flights.

The SpaceX rocket company has previously been involved in delivering essential supplies to the International Space Station, and will now carry astronauts to the space station as well.
