LAHORE (92News) Pakistani cricketer Sputbabar Azam has earned his unique honor in the second ODI against Sri Lanka, he completed the 1,000 runs in ODIs this year by Pakistan, he Virat Kohli. Also broke a record.
Young batsman Babar Azam's brilliant batsman in the second ODI against Sri Lanka took the honor of batsman who scored a thousand runs in the calendar air from Pakistan. He made that feat by playing just 19 innings.

Babar has become the first Pakistani player to score a thousand ODI runs in a year since 2013, before Misbah-ul-Haq, Mohammad Hafeez, Younis Khan, Mohammad Yousuf, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Ijaz Ahmed, Amir Sohail, Saeed Anwar and Javed. Maindad has also done that feat.

In the match played yesterday, Babar Azam broke a record of Indian captain Virat Kohli. He also made 11th century of his career by playing 71 innings while Virat Kohli made 11 centuries in the 82nd innings.
