ISLAMABAD (Erdogan News Agency - NNI - December 22, 2019) Travelers at domestic airports and delays in the immigration process and inappropriate behavior of staff, Prime Minister Citizens Portal has received a spate of complaints against the FIA   immigration staff.

According to details, the federal government took notice of FIA immigration complaints, Deputy Director FIA Islamabad Airport issued instructions to the immigration staff.

It was directed that passengers arriving for immigration should be greeted first and then worded, good passenger and good evening passengers should also be said, misbehavior and inappropriate behavior of the passengers should not be allowed, misbehavior and inappropriate behavior of the passengers.
